Refund Policy

We want you to love every Elura piece. If something isn't right, here's how refunds work:

Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging
An unboxing video is required for claims of damaged, defective or wrong items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Prepaid-order discounts, if any, are adjusted in the refund amount
